All readers/healers must do two-three sample readings/healings for board members to qualify for the fair. If it has been a couple of years since you were last at the fair you will need to do this again so that we can verify that your skills have not changed. Plus, this gives us a chance to get to know you so that we can tell customers about you!

Ads are available in the program this year. Participants can purchase an ad in the program for $5. Please have a business card size ad in black and white that is camera ready to include with your registration. Nonparticipants will be charged $20.

Friday

5-8 p.m. : Set up for large vendors. We do not suggest that merchandise be set up at this time because, while the building may be locked, we do not have a bonded security guard on duty Friday night.

Saturday
Building opens at 7 a.m. for vendor setup. Vehicles will be allowed in the building from 7am to 9am only and cannot be driven to your booth location. Please enter from the north overhead door and exit out the south overhead door. If possible, please bring a 2-wheeler to help move your equipment from your vehicle to your space. Since time is limited please do not unload and set up at the same time. We need to get many vehicles in and out as quickly as possible.
10:20 a.m. The building will be smudged.
10:30 a.m. Vendors should be ready to go.
10:45 a.m. Opening ceremonies. A brief group welcoming/meditation/grounding ceremony.
11:00 a.m. Doors open to patrons.
11 a.m. to 8 pm The fair is open for business.
9 p.m. Saturday until 10 a.m. Sunday a bonded security guard will be on duty.

Sunday

10 a.m. Building opens.
11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The fair is open for business.
You are responsible for the tear down of your own booth and cleaning up your area by 9 p.m. Sunday.
